CORPORATE ESTATE: Total assets belonging to a corporate entity.

DISPOSITION: Disposing of assets by sale or transfer of possession.

DIVESTMENT or DIVESTITURE: Asset reduction or selling off assets for financial/legal reasons. The opposite of an investment. Also the sale of a business or a subsidiary of a company.

FIXTURES, FURNITURE and EQUIPMENT (FF&E):  Business items with no permanent connection to the structure of a building, or equipment used to produce the product of the business. Retail store FF&E includes shopping carts, showcases, gondola shelving, POS equipment, grid wall, slot wall, and more. Supermarket FF&E includes commercial refrigeration, deli and bakery equipment, ovens, ranges, mixers, grills, and more.
